Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato

Yesterday I published a gallery of the concept car that most of the people at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este voted as best in class, the Maserati Alfieri. However, I had a different opinion. Don't get me wrong, I think the Alfieri is an absolutely stunning car, but it didn't strike me quite as much as the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato. Lamborghini has a track record of making insane cars, and Zagato is one of the most renowned coachbuilders in the world. What happens when you hand over a Gallardo to the master automotive designers over at Zagato? The 5-95. If you're wondering where it got its name, it's because this one-off supercar built for automotive collector Albert Spiess celebrates 5 decades of Lamborghini and 95 years of Zagato.

Bonus: Valentino Balboni, the famous and now-retired Lamborghini test pilot, gave a short speech about the 5-95 during the parade.
