Milan Design Week Day Five: Asian Design in Tortona

During this year's Milan Design Week, the Tortona Design District was home to design exhibitions and events from very diverse cultures. While Brera was the center for Italian design, Ventura Lambrate acted as a hub for Nordic design and DesignJunction gathered British design in the San Babila / Monforte area, Tortona hosted everything from the Superdesign Show at Superstudio Più to France Design, from Tokyo Design Week to special exhibits from established Asian companies such as Lexus and ASUS. I looked around all of the aforementioned places, but I've decided not to include photographs from ASUS' installation, which was more of an advertisement for their products than a real "Zensation" experience, and from France Design (it wasn't all that interesting). Here are some of the Asian design that grabbed my attention in Tortona.
